Great Coffee In Killarney
Great coffee has become the new morning buzz in so many places around the world. Killarney is no different.
Killarney has upped its game in its offering and quality of coffee, not to mention leading the charge in responsible and environmentally friendly service of coffee.
As of July 31st Killarney’s Coffee Cup Project will see our National Park and local environment protected by saving one million single use coffee cups from either landfill or litter in our community.
How can you get involved?
- Bring your own reusable coffee cup
- Sit in, relax and enjoy
- Pay a €2 deposit for a 2GoCup and return to any participating coffee shop to get your deposit back.

Good Boy Coffee
9 New Market Lane – Open from 8:30am
Serving their own locally roasted coffee. It’s not good, it’s very good. Grab a bagel or a cake and enjoy. You’ll be back.

A wonderful well appointed setting at the foot of Carrantoohil. Take a mountain stroll and enjoy a top class coffee and homemade treat after all your hard work.
Black Sheep Coffee
68 New Street – Open from 8am
The pioneer of great coffee in town. Top quality brew, cakes, scones and staff. They even have their own chickens out the back laying eggs. Fresher than fresh.

A charming refuel haven in the centre of town. Great coffee, beautiful pancakes and so much more.

The OG coffee shop in Killarney. Lir has forever been a well appointed hang out spot close to all the action. And with great coffee and chocolates to boot it is well worth a visit.
